Glow

Description

“Glow” was created using acrylic and watercolor paints with a collage technique.
I first painted a face onto the canvas and then I created pages of free flow patterns and design.
Once the patterns and design sheets are complete and dry, I tear them into pieces to form a paper mosaic and I apply them to the painting to create form and pattern of hair and back ground.

The painting becomes complete with a final outline using a fine line black pen with white lines for accents.

I really love the colors in this piece and I was thrilled to able to find the perfect frame that enhances her colors. I feel she just Glows.
