The contrast from the swaying palm trees to the majestic towering redwoods is wonderful.  We left the turquoise world of Kawela Bay to return to Northern California for a bit of autumn and to spend Thanksgiving holidays with family. I love the contrast between Northern California and Hawaii….the air, the smell, the colors, the feel of the wind is all such a contrast.  Yesterday, a walk in the forest with granddaughters….Heaven!
