Description

“Philomena” is a one-of-a-kind collectible, hand sculpted and painted.

When we first moved to Hawaii, many years ago, I kept hearing of the legend of Menehunes. Menehunes are mythical creatures who are said to live in the deep forests and hidden valleys of the Hawaiian Islands. I had a vision of little creatures with shells on their back, wearing shiny MaryJane shoes…and the little MaryHoonie was born.  They have become quite a clan, over the years, live all around the world. No two are alike, and each and everyone has a personality and joy to share.
